hello, I am Manoj
I have spent 15 years where retail, commerce and ERP meet. I started at PwC in India, was sent to South Africa at 21 on my first international assignment, and grew PwC India's Dynamics practice from 2 to 13 consultants. I went on to found a software firm, then worked at Flintfox and DXC, helping retailers rebuild how they price and rebate.
Today I mentor early-stage founders at Startmate, I am partway through an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School, and I build agents and tooling with Claude Code.

a second brain for strategy
I built a knowledge graph of 372 notes and 4,390 links and put an AI partner on top of it. It challenged my conclusions and found evidence that tested them. Keyword search found 35% of the evidence I had linked; walking the graph found all of it.
